Description
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Overall programme and project management support, including coordination with key stakeholders and internal divisions.
+ Support regulatory coordination and integration of good practices for scheme execution and governance.
+ Lead preparation and oversight of scheme-level standard documents, including Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), implementation manuals/quality documents and master decks for reviews.
+ Develop background notes, analytical briefs and presentation material for high-level reviews and decision forums.
+ Drive daily progress and performance analysis, issue resolution discipline and reporting quality across PMU workstreams.
**Minimum qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Renewable Energy/Power Systems) AND Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.
