To support the ongoing growth at our Lonza manufacturing site in Visp, we are looking for a Team Lead Lonza Training Center . This role is part of the Shared Infrastructure & Services organization and reports to the Head of Education & Training Visp. The position is responsible for leading and developing the team of trainers and managing all centralized training activities – from onboarding to advanced trainings.
