In this full-time role, you will be pivotal in providing support to individuals at risk of homelessness. Your leadership will require managing administrative tasks, ensuring housing stability, and maintaining relationships with community partners. You'll coordinate housing solutions for residents and engage with external stakeholders, all while using a client-focused, trauma-informed approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with community housing organizations and landlords.
• Develop partnerships with service providers for James House residents.
• Maintain relationships with the HomeSpace Housing liaison.
• Ensure timely delivery of leases and maintenance requests.
