**Job Responsibilities:*** Process employee garnishments, including child support, tax levies, and creditor garnishments.* Communicate with Division and external agencies regarding garnishment orders.* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments in compliance with legal requirements.* Monitor and manage garnishment balances and ensure proper allocation of funds.* Provide guidance and support to Division regarding garnishment-related questions and concerns.* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.* Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience with a focus on tax and garnishments.* In-depth knowledge of U.S./Canadian payroll tax laws and regulations.* Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce, including its tax and garnishment features.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
