Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in tax disputes and litigation before Italian courts and authorities

Provide strategic advice on complex domestic and international tax matters

Draft legal opinions, pleadings, and technical documentation

Collaborate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional cases

Manage client relationships and support business development initiatives
