Responsibilities
Activation, changes and deactivation of employee profiles in travel and expense tool,Authorizing the issuing of corporate credit cards,Administration of corporate credit cards including suspension and cancellation,Downloading, verification and distribution of received corporate card statements,Monitoring of payments for corporate card statements,Providing ADM employees with training on the travel reservation and expense submission process,Assistance with applying for a corporate credit card, booking a trip and settling business expenses in accordance with the company's policy,Keeping business relations with travel providers,Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department,Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,Supporting T&E team in the month-en...
