- Manage and optimize the end‑to‑end engineering onboarding pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and client submission.
- Prioritize enablement services such as resume refinement, mock interviews, and technical prep based on engineers’ gaps and evolving client requirements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with recruiters, technical trainers, and client engagement teams to ensure a seamless experience from intake to placement.
- Oversee the delivery of tailored support for engineers to enhance communication skills, technical readiness, and marketability.
