Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Strategy Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Milan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will play a key role in the designing, analyzing, and delivering actionable insights from engagement surveys, helping clients to develop HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, leadership assessment and development, succession and development planning, talent acquisition, learning and coaching services, skill mapping and cultural change that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work in organizations.
