Position Details
Responsibilities - Coordinating and supervising construction activities and developing an overall construction strategy for the project.
- Reviewing the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Hiring and managing subcontractors and staff, preparing and submitting budgets as needed.
- Planning, organizing, scheduling, directing, and controlling the delivery of construction, overseeing all onsite and offsite activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Maximizing value, protecting the client’s reputation, mitigating risks, managing interfaces, and ensuring required project controls are in place.
Qualifications - Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a construction manager, managing and leading a team on construction sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
