You will operate as an individual contributor, drawing on skills from across the people team as needed (project-based teaming).You will be working closely with the people partner team in understanding the business needs and maturity and partner with the learning team to design well informed solutions. You will design and develop talent planning and performance product and deliver them through a team of learning and people partners.Reporting to the VP, of Global People Partners and BEDI, you will work together to design the strategy and implementation plan for Talent Planning and Performance Management programs.
