This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for skilled trades, production staff, and professional roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future workforce needs.

In addition to leading end‑to‑end recruitment, this position will support a range of HR administrative functions, helping maintain smooth daily operations within the HR department.
