Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruitment and selection for Corporate Head Office and senior operational positions. Working closely with Hiring Managers, the specialist ensures continuous attraction and retention of top talent. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the candidate leads full‑cycle recruitment initiatives, provides strategic guidance on hiring practices, and builds a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational goals.
