The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital supporting role reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager for DACH, managing full-cycle recruitment for junior roles and assisting with sourcing and operations for other positions. You’ll ensure a seamless hiring process from candidate identification to onboarding, while contributing to employer branding and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment cycle for junior-level positions, from job posting and candidate sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
    Conduct initial interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    Ensure roles are advertised in line with employer branding guidelines to attract the best talent.
