As Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a central role within Aptiv's hiring across the Americas.
Having a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end‐to‐end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast‐paced dynamic environment across multiple business units including software engineering, robotics, and autonomous vehicles.
Acting as a Talent Hub to our business units, you will receive well‐rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, including advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding and internal mobility.
Responsibilities
Manage the end‐to‐end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider business stakeholders across Aptiv
