Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with HR and hiring managers and owning end-to-end recruitment delivery for hourly high-volume (skilled and semi-skilled) positions within a manufacturing environment. The role operates in alignment with corporate Centre of Excellence (COE) standards, tools, and governance, while maintaining full accountability for meeting local hiring demands.
