Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the subject-matter expert in all facets of full-cycle talent acquisition and ensures there is a robust and effective recruitment environment that positively impacts new hire retention. Participates and/or leads projects and initiatives to meet the recruitment goals and timelines. Builds and develops excellent working relationships within internal and external stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of business needs to identify strategies to meet the current and future talent needs of the organization.
