POSITION OBJECTIVE
Support the external recruitment process (mainly the referral program and file control) and follow-up on the internal selection and promotion process (conducting the process from start to end), maintaining an excellent level of service and attitude with all our internal and external clients.

Posting new vacancies internal and external
Schedule management
Management and control of referral program
Support with internal formats and procedures
Management of documentation and files
**CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE AREA**:
**EDUCATION**:
Currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business administration or related
At least 12 months to graduate
**LANGUAGE**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or german is an advantage.
