5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience Strong experience recruiting within Utilities, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Nuclear sectors Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill technical and engineering roles Experience supporting hiring across both Canada and the U.S. Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation expertise Ability to work independently and influence hiring leaders Experience building talent pipelines and executing creative sourcing strategies Solid stakeholder management and recruitment consulting skills Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools Stable career progression with strong tenure in previous roles Agency recruitment and/or international hiring experie...
