Our client, a global SaaS/technology organization, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across multiple business functions and regions. This role will focus on driving full-cycle recruiting and building strong pipelines to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and agencies
Provide regular updates on pipeline, market insights, and hiring progress
Manage agency relationships and ensure compliance with hiring processes
Track recruiting activity and deliver reporting/analytics
