Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative and adaptable critical thinker to serve as Systems Manager for Payments. The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated, driven to learn, problem solver with the ability to prioritize the dynamic workload involved with our payment streams such as wires, CAFT/AFT, cheques, bill payments and card products.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and test enhancements to existing payment systems collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Pilot new system processes, document end‑to‑end processes, and provide hands‑on support for payment systems as key responsibilities
• Support payment system enhancements and migrations using analytic tools, creative thought, and a high degree of attention to detail to sustain changes to our payments ecosystem
• Direct business requirements gathering for systems implementation and enhancements, including managing trade‑off decisions
