Systems Administrator (Level 2)

Reports to: Service Manager

General Summary

Level 2 System Administrators are strong in all the most common and popular networking technologies. In addition to strong technical aptitudes, backed by at least 2 years of in the trenches experience, you should be prompt, polite and know the importance of communicating with clients and colleagues in a skilled manner. The pace and demands in this environment are usually much greater than an in-house position. You should be able to execute with a high degree of success in integrating and/or solving problems in environments rich in Windows Server, Exchange/Office 365, VPN's, firewalls, backup systems and more.

• Configuration and deployment of new computers
• Hardware installation
• Documentation of Client Networks
• Small Projects
• Installation of client software
• Adding email to a client’s phone
