Position Summary:
The System Director of Human Resources and Employee Health provides strategic leadership in planning, directing, organizing, and managing the human resources functions, as well as overseeing employee health, employee housing, physician and advanced practice compensation and recruitment. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer (CHRCO), this role drives initiatives that align the organization’s people strategy with its mission, vision, and values. The System Director is responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence and compliance, ensuring that HR operations support organizational growth and regulatory mandates, and fostering a work environment that promotes high employee engagement and retention.
