Shift Details
Schedule: 5x 8s, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
1-2 weekday call shifts
Weekend call approximately once every four weeks
Call coverage from 3:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Callbacks commonly occur, averaging 4-6 hours every other weekend

Requirements
APP credential (DNP, NP, or PA)
Minimum of 2 years CVOR experience
Willingness to be privileged and float between all three facilities
Ability to precept and train new hires as needed
Supervising physician on site
Active state license not required; open to out-of-state candidates
