Primary Responsibilities
Conduct annual industrial maturity assessments, including capacity evaluations and quality management system (QMS) robustness review.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvement based on assessment findings to ensure continuous performance optimization.Take full ownership of managing underperforming suppliers, closely monitor their performance, and identify root causes of deficiencies to drive corrective actions.Mitigate crises at specific supplier(s) by identifying and addressing performance issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive supplier recovery plan, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.Co...
