The Support Specialist is a high-level technical expert to serve as a Tier-1 contact for our automotive partners.
They will be the primary technical expert for troubleshooting our automotive battery testing and diagnostic equipment.
Responsibilities
The Specialist will initiate and provide ownership of support cases and follow through until the case has been resolved, closed, or reassigned to another individual or department.
This position requires an individual that has a problem-solving mindset, solid electro-mechanical skill set, and the ability to navigate across departmental lines, using all available resources to solve issues.
