Salary Grade: 16 ($114,546–$148,910 annually)

Compensation is determined within a defined salary range for each role. Placement within the range depends on qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements. The position receives annual incentive payment and may include on‑call pay per rotating schedule.

What you’ll do

• Conduct training needs analyses and establish short‑ and long‑term training objectives for apprentices and Powerline Technicians (PLTs).
• Coordinate training plans with internal and external resources to ensure timely and appropriate delivery.
