Job Summary

Supervise the daily administration of the weekly payroll processing for 16,323 employees distributed in four Mexican Legal entities. Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll process in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal government regulations. Provide direct supervision to payroll analysts by delegating and monitoring performance and workflow. Acts as a working supervisor by performing the same or similar work as direct reports.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate processing of the entire payroll cycle including the weekly payroll, interbank payments and manual checks.
• Assist stores in updating and correcting, as necessary, the weekly payroll submissions to ensure that computing, withholding, or deductions associated with net pay are done properly.
