POSITION TITLE: Supervisor

The role of Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Kelowna Golf and Country Club is to guarantee the complete satisfaction of members at all times and to promote a safe and efficient working environment for all staff. You are responsible for guaranteeing exceptional customer service and encouraging a strong work ethic. As a supervisor you are charged with ensuring all staff performs to the best of their abilities and that our high level of standards are always upheld.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the training of new staff.
• Oversee all FOH operations (restaurant and banquet).
• Serving members and their guests.
• Finding appropriate replacement staff when staff members call in sick or in case of emergency.
