Job Summary

Supervise the Buenos Aires Branch Operations. This includes Marken office, agent, Carrier and supplier relationships and contracts. Will work in conjunction with all Marken operated branches, CTD, Commercial teams and established network. Collaboration with Administration ensuring correct and updated information in Maestro for the billing closing process.

Ensure compliance with the team and with own training and knowledge, not only of the function itself but also of the virgin and new services.

Responsible for ensuring targeted company goals relating to KPI´s, On Time Performance, Maestro Compliance and CAPA Management. Working with Quality Team to assure GDP, Trainings and Regulatory Compliance.

Main Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the Export Department. Train staff to provide a high level of service. Provide complete guidance and knowledge of new processes, in a group and individual manner to meet the goals.
