The ability to build relationships with our regulars, work well under pressure, provide calm, positive leadership and maintain high standards during peak times, is essential. We are a small but hard-working team, so leading by example is a must.

The Role:

• Looking for someone to work through until the end of the 2026 summer season (and beyond to winter if desired!)
• 4 x 8-10 hour shifts (3 days off)
• **Must be available to work weekends through summer**
• Spirit ski pass FT employee benefit in Winter

Daily Operations:

• Preparing and serving our full hot menu, barista service, baking cookies, cle...
