Drive the success of the Museum Gift Shop with CFMWS, supporting veterans and their families. This position involves overseeing operations, managing inventory, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
In your role as the Museum Gift Shop Supervisor, you will report directly to the Museum Director and ensure seamless shop operations. You will be responsible for inventory control, staff training, and providing exceptional service to customers. Additionally, you’ll manage cash transactions, process purchase orders, and contribute to stocktaking efforts to maintain optimal store performance.
