Coordinates and supervises activities of the Client Financial Services team that receives audits, disburses payment, invoices, and reports on relocation expenses on the behalf of worldwide clients. Performs in a supervisory capacity leading, teaching, and coaching the team for optimal performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Oversees a team of Client Financial Services analysts supporting that receives, audits, disburses payment, invoices, and reports on relocation expenses on the behalf of worldwide clients. Monitors for compliance to audit directives, client service level agreements, cycle time standards, quality goals, and client satisfaction targets. Closely monitors team workflow and adjusts strategies to prevent financial risks/penalties and adherence to deadlines. Responsible for the execution of process changes.
