Job Description

Under the direction of the Station Manager, the Supervisor 1 assists in managing the day-to-day field primary and remedial cementing operations on location and at the shop. This position is considered to be a safety-sensitive position.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and mentor personnel, equipment and materials to ensure they arrive at location on time.

Execute successful cementing jobs according to design/client specification; understand rigging in/out procedures.

Execute cement jobs in accordance with the cementing operations process flow.

Ensure efficient handling of day-to-day operations.

• Ensure critical tasks are completed on every cementing job, including but not limited to measuring the density of cement using a pressurized scale, collecting samples, utilizing radios on location, blowing down all units and P-tanks after every job.
