• Provide program leadership, child development, and direct supervision to the STEM program.
• Develop and renew the camp STEM program.
• Assist with the implementation of a quality camp program as a whole.
• Design activities that provide growth in skills, self‑awareness, self‑expression, and group relationship building.
• Ensure the safety and overall welfare of campers is a primary priority.
