Delivers personalized one on one consulting and team consulting with financial advisors, as well as with branch managers. Provides subject matter expertise with respect to succession strategies, FINRA 2040b, team enhanced compensation and catastrophic planning to develop a unique business succession, catastrophic or team plan for advisors.
