Senior Motion Designer Buenos Aires, remote
We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer who will serve as a visual leader and a mentor. This role is part of our Global Studios team, and you will define the look and feel of campaigns and help others do the same. You will set standards for a new Argentina team, bridge the gap between art direction and technical execution, and foster the growth of junior talent.
What You'll Do - Mentorship: Take an active role in the professional development of junior designers, providing regular 1:1 creative guidance and technical coaching.
- Art Direction: Collaborate with creative leadership to set the visual tone and motion language for major campaigns.
- GenAI Leadership: Implement and standardize the use of Generative AI tools (Weavy, Freepik, Replicate) within the team's workflow to drive efficiency.
