Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with our internal and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met
Coordinate the internal delivery team to maintain resource allocation in the best efficiency possible and oversee quality standards are met
Partner closely with the Studio Operations Lead and Content Delivery Managers to understand asset demand and prioritization
In partnership with Content Delivery Managers, manage the operational planning and delivery of commercial marketing content production which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
Work collaboratively with both internal AZ teams and external partners located around the globe supporting the execution of production requests
Track all projects in the approved project management tool so that we have accurate reporting
