Classification 17, $32.73 - $33.74 per hour in accordance with the BCGEU Support Collective Agreement. Temporary employees also receive an additional $0.58 per hour in lieu of benefits, and 6% vacation pay is paid out with each pay.

Description

The Student Housing Manager oversees all aspects of the day-to-day housing operations including room assignments and building access, rent collections, communication/liaison with residents (verbal and written), assessing maintenance requirements (including furniture replacement), working within budget guidelines, and processing financial requests (purchase orders, cheque requisitions, and VISA reconciling), record keeping, and postal services.
