The Student Helpdesk is intended to be a central contact point for student queries, with the aim that the helpdesk will respond to routine queries and refer non-routine queries to the appropriate unit within the university. The Helpdesk team works with other units in the University to expand the range of queries that can be managed directly and on an end-to-end basis.
