THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Strategy Consulting team in Madrid, providing strategic advisory services to leading clients in the sports industry, including top European clubs such as FC Porto and Real Madrid.

The role focuses on supporting clubs in identifying and unlocking value‑creation opportunities across their non‑sporting business lines (e.g. ticketing, sponsorship, merchandising, catering, museum, stadium tours, etc.) as well as designing strategic and actionable plans to help deliver that value.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and hands‑on, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently. They should demonstrate strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel expertise, a structured problem‑solving mindset, and a genuine passion for the sports industry.
