Leading end‑to‑end manufacturing operations across the IFS plant network, ensuring alignment with business strategy and production targets.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement, quality, zero incidents, and operational excellence with a strong focus on process automation.
Establishing robust process controls across inventory, production targets, and customer deliveries.
Ensuring effective communication with business leaders and integrating best practices to align the supply chain with a competitive business environment.
