Store Manager
The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining the continuity of Lee Valley’s standards and policies, and for the efficient running of store operations. The successful candidate will guide staff in delivering high‑quality customer support and will be expected to step in on the POS system during peak times and to motivate, mentor, and develop staff.

- Assign and monitor individual staff objectives and activities based on overall group priorities, performance, and development plans.
