Store Manager
The Store Manager works with the District Supervisor to oversee all store operations, as well as plan and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability. The Store Manager is responsible for merchandising, customer service, and team training & development, and serves as a role model demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a climate of trust and respect.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the District Supervisor to develop and implement strategies to achieve the store’s sales and profit budgets.
- Train store team (current employees and new hires) on company standards and programs in accordance with the employee manual.
- Tackle performance issues and resolve conflicts with the District Supervisor’s support.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent by motivating the team and recognizing good performance.
