What You'll Do

• Operate commercial embroidery equipment
• Hoop, prepare, and organize garments for production
• Monitor embroidery jobs to ensure quality and consistency
• Trim, finish, inspect, and package completed products
• Assist with apparel decoration workflows and production scheduling
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to meet deadlines
• Provide support to other departments when workloads shift
