Position Details

As State Service Supervisor, you will:

  • Assist the State Service Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate Helpdesk, Spare Parts Identification, and equipment retrofits/rebuilds.
  • Supervise technicians and provide leadership during manager absence.
  • Facilitate training programs within the state and nationally when required.
  • Support project planning, installations, and customer audits.

    • Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for Helpdesk and spare parts queries.
    • Provide technical advice and support for service kits and PMAs.
    • Coordinate service delivery, breakdown support, and warranty resolutions.
    • Identify opportunities for customer training and service agreements.
    • Participate in trade shows and industry events.
