This dual‑focused role leads the sales floor – our Stage – and the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, as well as the Paid Services Beauty Advisor team. You will inspire teams to deliver exceptional client service, exceed company goals, and drive engagement through events and classes.

- Conduct Beauty Advisor training for new hires and existing team members, facilitate Welcome to Sephora and Sephora 101 sessions, oversee certification processes, and foster opportunities to enhance artistry skills.
