Role Overview

As a Stage Experience and Services Lead – Full Time, you will oversee all Worlds on-stage and manage service, class, and event execution within a specific Sephora location. Worlds include Color, Skincare, Sephora Collection, Fragrance, or a combination of these. You will ensure that all Services Coordinators and cast members perform Sephora’s services to the highest standards, execute the Sephora selling model, and provide outstanding client service so the store achieves and exceeds company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development – Ensure that Services Coordinators are effectively trained to manage the Studio and drive services daily. Execute cast training outside of Daily Dose, partner with district experts for product, category, and brand training, and facilitate Sephora training sessions whenever possible.
