The Staff Software Engineer is a highly experienced technical leader responsible for delivering complex projects, setting technical direction, and supporting the engineering team's growth at Neumo. This role designs and builds scalable, secure, and maintainable systems while acting as a trusted advisor and mentor to engineers across multiple teams. The Staff Engineer bridges technical execution and strategic initiatives, leading by example and partnering closely with Product, QA, and cross‑functional groups to ensure excellence in engineering practices and product delivery.
