Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management
Identify, onboard, and manage staffing vendors and recruitment partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality delivery
Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs
Resource Acquisition
Understand project/resource requirements from internal stakeholders
Source profiles through vendor channels for contract and temporary positions
