Job Description
Accounting Support: Checks and verifies cost accounting, accounts payable records, prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journal entries, balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Use office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects, and respond to inquiries.
Reconcile difficult accounts and maintain a complete set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting.
Accountant (General): Develop, implement, and/or maintain accounting systems including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue reconciliation, etc.
Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
